Great Northern Mall Security Department manages the lost and found property for the center. If you lost or misplaced an item at Great Northern Mall, you can stop by the Security offices or call 440.554.0696 Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We will make every effort to locate the legal owner of any property we have turned in to us.
Complimentary wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for our visitors with limited mobility. Please contact the Security Office located near Dick’s Sporting Goods, present a photo ID and we’ll be happy to help.

The Family Play Space is located near Macy’s. Kids can climb and explore the bright, colorful elements inspired by nature including a double-sided tree slide, mother deer and fawn, hollow tree trunk and more. The space also features comfortable seating for parents and a soft, carpeted floor for toddlers that tumble.
Children in Play Space must be supervised by an adult at all times. Play Space closes at 2:30 pm & 5:30 pm daily for brief cleaning.

Single strollers located near Dillard’s. Single strollers are $6 and double strollers are $8 with $.50 reward when returned. Cash, credit/debit cards accepted.
